Oyindamola Oyeduntan is a senior legal and corporate governance professional with over 18 years of experience advising on complex corporate, commercial, and governance matters. She holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an MSc in Law and Finance (Distinction) from Queen Mary University of London. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Oyindamola specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Commercial Law, Oil & Gas, Governance, and Legal & Regulatory Compliance. She has led due diligence, negotiation, and transaction documentation for multi-million-dollar deals, advised on high-stakes commercial transactions, and implemented governance and compliance frameworks across energy, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and impact investing sectors.

She has served as company secretary to multiple boards and committees, managing senior stakeholders and establishing effective board governance structures. Oyindamola also advises and mentors African startups, particularly in fintech and healthtech, providing strategic guidance on legal, regulatory, and corporate matters.
