Efeomo Olotu is a Consulting Partner with over 17 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. He is a highly accomplished transactional lawyer with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and due diligence.

Efeomo regularly advises clients on complex transactions, overseeing legal and financial structures, conducting due diligence exercises, reviewing transaction documentation, and providing strategic guidance on regulatory and commercial matters. He has developed strong competencies in stakeholder engagement, corporate governance, and business strategy, helping organizations achieve their growth objectives while managing legal and regulatory risks.
