Chinemerem Ezenwa is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate Commercial team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate governance, project financing, regulatory compliance, company secretarial, and business advisory services. She advises domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions, M&A deals, and regulatory compliance matters, delivering pragmatic and value‑added legal solutions.

She has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial matters across multiple sectors. Her multifaceted approach to solving problems enables her to provide practical legal solutions to clients.

Chinemerem holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, and a Master of Science (MSc.) from the London School of Economics (LSE). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Fellow of the Program for African Leadership (Pfal) at LSE.
