Glory Adejubee

Glory Adejubee is an Associate in the firm's Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity practice group. She specializes in commercial and corporate law, particularly in mergers, acquisitions and private equity, advising clients across Africa, Asia, the USA, and the UK.

She has successfully negotiated share purchase agreements and transaction documentation for significant acquisitions and divestments in Nigeria, drafted and negotiated numerous commercial agreements annually including transactions valued over $25 million, conducted vendor and seller-based due diligence exercises, advised on divestments of multi-billion dollar companies including a Nigeria-based international music recording label, developed restructuring options for multi-million naira enterprises, and provided structuring advice for private equity funds valued at over NGN 1 billion.

Glory holds an LL.B. from Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Agbani, Enugu. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (AICMC) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
