Ikanke Jimmy

Ikanke Jimmy is an Associate in the firm's Mergers, Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice group. Her practice focuses on representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, merger control, investment fund formation and advisory, and corporate finance transactions.

She has advised on sophisticated, market-defining transactions including cross-border and domestic M&A deals, regulatory merger control filings, and fund structuring matters. She also supports clients in corporate finance engagements.

Ikanke holds an LL.B from Ajayi Crowther University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. She is an honors graduate in law and has received several academic awards and accolades. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
