Omotayo Akinrinwa is a member of the firm's Corporate Commercial team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, capital market listings and issuances, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, ESG advisory, and competition law. He advises project companies, funds, corporates, and high‑net‑worth individuals on complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters.

He has extensive experience advising clients on M&A transactions, private equity investments, capital market transactions, and corporate governance frameworks, as well as providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and competition law matters. His practice spans both transactional advisory and regulatory compliance, delivering comprehensive legal solutions across multiple sectors.

Omotayo holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the NBA Section on Business Law.
