Stanley Obidiegwu

Stanley Obidiegwu is an Associate in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice, where he advises and conducts research on a broad range of corporate transactions. His practice focuses on supporting clients through complex business combinations, transaction structuring, and corporate advisory matters.

Stanley regularly assists with mergers and acquisitions transactions, contract review, legal due diligence, and transaction-related advisory services. He works closely with transaction teams to identify legal risks, evaluate commercial considerations, and support clients throughout the acquisition and investment process.

He holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus and an LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. During his academic studies, he distinguished himself through outstanding performance, earning the Chike Adaka Prize for Best Student in Constitutional Law and the O.J. Nnadi Prize for Best Student in Law of Evidence and Procedure.

Stanley is also the author of “Protecting Consumers of Legal Services: Any Available Legal Remedy”, reflecting his interest in legal development and consumer protection. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
