Blessing Udo

Blessing Udo is an Intellectual Property and Technology Law Associate at Jackson, Etti & Edu in Victoria Island, Lagos, focusing on protecting and commercializing intellectual property for local and international clients.

She is an expert in intellectual property law, assisting brands with IP protection, audits, valuations, and due diligence. She drafts IP policies and contracts, handles licensing, and advises on IP management and commercialization. She is also involved in policy development and review with industry regulators to advance IP in Nigeria, as part of the Technology, Media, and Entertainment Sector.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos (2017) and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School (2018). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the NBA Section on Business Law, and the Internet Society – Nigeria Chapter.
