Chinenye Nwafor

Chinenye is a lawyer specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, with a focus on the emerging market and technology-driven innovation. She has published articles on key corporate issues and has developed expertise in the fintech industry, particularly in drafting and negotiating high-profile commercial contracts that protect her clients’ legal interests.

Chinenye has extensive research experience, having worked as a legal researcher for multiple Judges of the State and Federal High Courts of Nigeria. She has successfully provided legal opinions in over fifty complex civil cases. She also advises start-ups on data privacy, legal compliance, and intellectual property protection.

Beyond her legal practice, Chinenye is an advocate for women’s rights and social reform. Through her NGO, Evolving Women Foundation, and social media platforms, she actively promotes gender equality and social change. She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
