Okafor Nicholas

Okafor Nicholas is the Managing Partner of Iwu Perdure Law Firm and a distinguished Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He earned his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nigeria and holds a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Nigerian Law School. He is also a Notary Public of the Republic of Nigeria.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, and World Association of Lawyers, with foreign affiliate membership in the American Intellectual Property Law Association and associate membership in the American Bar Association.

Barr. Okafor Nicholas began his legal career at the Nigeria Legal Aid Board and later at Hesse and Larsey, focusing on commercial and corporate law, advising on complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, takeovers, privatizations, IPOs, and financial agreements. He subsequently served as Senior Associate at Heward-Mills & Co. before founding his own firm in 2010.

With extensive experience in corporate finance, investment promotion, and compliance advisory, he has also engaged in commercial litigation covering banking, civil fraud, corporate governance, financial services regulation, mergers and acquisitions, share capital reorganizations, and employment law.
