Grace Olakunle-Dada

Grace Olakunle-Dada is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/Commercial and Data Protection practice groups. She advises on complex commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, brand protection, and regulatory compliance across diverse sectors. She also assists corporations with data mapping, analysis, audit, intellectual property matters, and the drafting and review of various legal documents.

Grace has worked with and advised conglomerates across multiple business sectors, particularly where there is an imbalance of bargaining power, ensuring that clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks effectively. She is a member of the Young African Leaders.
