Cynthia Okorie

Cynthia Okorie is an Associate in the firm's Oil & Gas practice group. She demonstrates keen interest in energy and emerging markets through routine contributions to oil and gas project development, project financing, regulatory compliance, and general transactional guidance on behalf of clients.

She graduated with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School and has been ranked as a Future Thought Leader by Illuminem. She has published "Debt-for-Nature Swaps in Nigeria: Conceptualization of the Tripartite Impact" and is committed to addressing complex legal challenges and contributing to scholarly articles shaping the future of the energy landscape.

Cynthia holds an LL.B from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
