Damilola Akinsanya

Damilola Akinsanya is a Senior Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution Department, representing clients in disputes involving real estate, breach of contract, debt recovery, labour and employment law, and general corporate and commercial transactions. He also has special interests in energy, oil and gas, and capital markets.

He has experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory advisory across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on delivering strategic and effective legal solutions. His practice spans debt recovery, contractual disputes, employment matters, and corporate commercial transactions.

Damilola holds an LL.B. from the University of Ibadan (2018) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos (2021). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He has published articles on petroleum industry regulation, concession agreements, emergency arbitration, and winding-up proceedings, among other topics.
