Tobenna Nnamani is a Partner and the Assistant Practice Group Head for Insolvency Law and Capital Market, with expertise in commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, capital markets, and property law. He handles complex corporate‑commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, insolvency matters, and regulatory compliance across multiple sectors.

Prior to joining PUNUKA Attorneys and Solicitors, he worked with a leading Nigerian law firm in Lagos where he acquired extensive experience in corporate‑commercial litigation and arbitration. His practice spans commercial disputes, capital market transactions, insolvency proceedings, and property‑related matters, delivering strategic legal solutions to clients across various industries.

Tobenna holds an LL.B from the University of Ilorin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
