Ifeoluwa Adeniran

Ifeoluwa Adeniran is an Associate in the firm's Technology Innovation and Fintech (TIF) Practice Group. She specialises in data protection and privacy advisory, AML advisory, and regulatory compliance services for local, cross-border, and transborder clients including cryptocurrency companies, payment systems, financial institutions, and OFIs.

She has provided AML advisory and documentary support to Global Accelerex Limited on AML/CFT/CPF obligations, conducted data protection compliance audits and training for Tenece Professional Services Limited and Busha Digital Limited, and provided contract and transaction support to leading companies such as Flutterwave, softPawa Limited, and OkHi Nigeria Limited.

Ifeoluwa holds an LL.B from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, where she received the Director General's Prize for First Class Graduate and was the Third Overall Best Graduating Student in Professional Ethics and Skills. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
