Kelechi Agupusi

Kelechi Agupusi is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has a strong foundation in dispute resolution, corporate law, private law, and property law, and is committed to delivering thoughtful and effective legal solutions across a broad range of contentious and advisory matters.

Kelechi graduated as the Best Graduating Student from the Faculty of Law, Abia State University and was the only First Class Honours graduate in his class. His academic achievements reflect a deep understanding of legal principles and a commitment to excellence in legal practice.

He maintains a keen interest in addressing complex legal issues and exploring developments within the evolving legal landscape while remaining grounded in core legal doctrines. His work is supported by strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, which enable him to approach disputes with precision and strategic insight.

Kelechi is the author of “The Doctrine of Competence and Compellability Under the Nigerian Evidence Act, 2011”, demonstrating his interest in litigation and evidentiary issues. He holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B from Abia State University, Uturu.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
