Loveth Akuomachukwu Eboh

Loveth Akuomachukwu Eboh is an Associate with expertise in technology, IT and telecoms, as well as company secretarial and regulatory compliance. She has significant experience in commercial disputes, tax controversies, and energy sector litigation.

She advised one of Japan's largest trading companies on the recovery of a contract sum worth hundreds of millions of Japanese Yen from an agency in the Nigerian power sector. She represents a leading gas exporting company in a tax dispute against the Federal Inland Revenue Service involving millions of dollars, and acts as counsel to a joint venture partner of Oil Mining Lease 18 (OML 18) in a contentious matter arising from an alleged breach of a Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement. She also represents a gas exploration and exporting company in four suits concerning alleged human rights violations, and contributed to drafting a vessel purchase and sale agreement valued at hundreds of thousands of dollars for a major Nigerian metal and steel production company.

Loveth holds an LL.B (Hons) from Imo State University, Owerri. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria, and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitrators.
