Olumide Aju, SAN. is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department, with an impressive record as a trial and appellate lawyer. He is recognised for promptly identifying key issues in complex commercial litigation and has been involved in numerous ICC, UNCITRAL, and LCIA arbitrations. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, oil pollution claims, product liability, real estate, and multi‑jurisdiction enforcement proceedings, particularly in the energy sector.

He has conducted both domestic and international arbitrations under all major institutional rules and has provided legal advice on telecommunications and corporate law matters. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) UK and a member of the International Bar Association.
