Rokibat Yusuf

Rokibat Yusuf is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Unit, representing corporations, organizations, and individuals in contentious matters before superior courts and quasi-judicial bodies across Nigeria.

She has advised clients on a range of matters including appeals against regulatory orders, commercial disputes, and contractual conflicts. Her experience includes providing legal representation to a leading bottling company regarding Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission orders, assisting a financial institution at the Court of Appeal, and representing an electricity company in disputes at the Federal High Court that were amicably settled.

Rokibat holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B from Olabisi Onabanjo University. She has been recognized with the Nigeria Law School Director General’s Prize for First Class Students. She is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), reflecting her commitment to professional excellence in dispute resolution and arbitration.
