Oluwapamilerin Ogunleye is an Associate in the firm’s Governance and Secretarial Practice, Business Advisory, and Foreign Investments Practice Group. She provides strategic legal and business advisory services across corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment law, immigration, and foreign direct investment, supporting both private and public companies in Nigeria.

Oluwapamilerin also delivers comprehensive company secretarial services, ensuring adherence to exemplary corporate governance standards and facilitating compliance with regulatory requirements. She applies her expertise to complex corporate transactions, advising clients on legal, governance, and investment considerations.

She graduated First-Class from the University of Kent and completed the Legal Practitioners Course (LPC) and LL.M at BPP University, providing her with a strong international perspective on commercial law and governance. Her achievements include being among the First 500 Scholars of the University of Kent and receiving the Clement Walker Mediation Award.

Oluwapamilerin holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B from the University of Kent. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
