Omomurewa Samuel

Omomurewa Samuel is an Associate in the firm's Regulatory, Compliance & Governance department, based in the Lagos office, practicing in Administrative Law. She advises boards and organizations on governance structure, policy drafting and review, and director recruitment, and regularly conducts board and corporate governance audits to help organizations assess and strengthen their governance frameworks.

Her practice centers on company secretarial work, corporate governance advisory, and regulatory compliance, providing clients with practical clarity on their regulatory obligations backed by a clear view of what strong governance looks like in practice.

She is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and a member of Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WimBiz). She holds an LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and is currently pursuing an LL.M. at the University of Lagos.
