Osita Franklin Okoro

Osita Franklin Okoro is a lawyer with 20 years of experience in legal practice, public policy, regulatory compliance, project management, governance, and institutional reforms. He advises on administrative law, public sector engagement, public-private partnerships (PPP), public finance management, and regulatory compliance, with expertise in aviation, international trade, and tax practice.

Prior to joining Olisa Agbakoba Legal, he served as Policy and Strategy Adviser to the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and Executive Director of the NBA for a combined period of 10 years, where he engaged with public sector ministries, departments, and agencies, regulated the legal profession, and handled public interest litigation and projects. He also worked as a Partner at A & E Law Partnership, advising state and federal government agencies on PPP projects and public finance management. He has developed programmes, managed projects, and built partnerships with international organisations, development partners, and embassies.

Osita holds an LL.B from Enugu State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Pan African Lawyers Union, the Negotiations and Conflict Management Group, the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Legislative Advocacy Core Group. He has travelled widely across all continents for diverse training programmes and conferences.
