Sharon Abraham

Sharon Abraham is an Associate in Jackson, Etti & Edu's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Her practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, advising and representing local and international clients on a broad range of contentious and advisory matters.

She has experience in commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property, brand protection and regulatory compliance. Sharon regularly advises clients on employment matters, including workplace investigations, employee discipline, termination, contract review and regulatory compliance.

In the area of intellectual property, she advises on trademark protection and enforcement strategies and has experience handling trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademarks Registry. She supports clients in safeguarding their brand assets, managing intellectual property portfolios and navigating contentious IP matters.

She has represented clients before superior courts, tribunals and regulatory bodies across Nigeria, and is recognised for her analytical approach, attention to detail and commitment to delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions. She holds a BL from the Nigerian Law School and an LLB from Rivers State University, and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
