Stephanie Agbasi

Stephanie Agbasi is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group, specialising in commercial litigation, labour and employment disputes, and intellectual property and technology disputes. She advises and represents indigenous and foreign clients in Nigeria’s state and federal courts, and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.

Her practice spans a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual claims, employment matters, intellectual property infringement, and technology-related disputes. She has represented clients across the financial services, consumer goods, and energy and natural resources sectors, delivering strategic legal solutions both in court and through ADR processes.

Stephanie is actively involved in pro bono and community service initiatives, contributing to organisations including the World Bank Group, the Clooney Foundation, the Cyrus R.
