Howard Barrie

Howard Barrie is the Senior Partner at Olaniwun Ajayi (UK) LLP in London. He has extensive experience advising on international financing matters, with a particular focus on project finance, structured trade finance, and cross-border lending.

He has advised governments, development finance institutions, project developers, and commercial banks on projects and their financing across infrastructure and energy sectors, including on public-private partnerships (PPPs). Africa is a particular focus of his practice, having worked on transactions in more than 16 African countries.

Howard holds an LL.B from the University of Exeter and completed the LPC at the College of Law. He is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
