Fola Famuyiwa

Fola Famuyiwa is an Associate with experience in infrastructure, energy, private equity, and project finance transactions, particularly within the power and infrastructure sectors. He advises clients on the legal, commercial, and regulatory aspects of complex projects and investment transactions.

His practice focuses on supporting project development, financing arrangements, private equity investments, and infrastructure-related transactions. Fola also has experience in matters relating to the aviation and energy industries, providing strategic legal support to clients operating in regulated sectors.

Fola obtained his LL.B from the University of Lagos (2017) and his B.L from the Nigerian Law School (2018). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL), and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
