Adesuwa Erhabor

Adesuwa Erhabor is a commercial transactions lawyer and a member of the firm's Power and Infrastructure practice group. She routinely advises on infrastructure development, project finance, mining, public-private partnerships, and the power sector. She supports the team in advising development finance institutions, state governments, and corporates in power, real estate, construction, and healthcare on landmark deals across Nigeria ranging from road concessions and integrated energy utilities to multi-billion naira project financing.

Adesuwa holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan (graduated top of her class) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
