Reginald Udom

Reginald Udom is a Partner at the firm with a focus on finance, energy and infrastructure. He advises sponsors, lenders, issuers, underwriters and borrowers in complex domestic and international financing matters involving LNG plants, oil and gas assets, real estate, power, telecommunications infrastructure, cement plants and steel mills.

He has extensive experience in refinancing and acquisition finance, project finance, and infrastructure-related transactions, providing commercially focused legal solutions to clients across multiple sectors.
