Glory Onayiga

Glory Onayiga is an Associate in the firm's Power and Infrastructure Business Unit. She advises on complex infrastructure projects and public-private partnership (PPP) transactions across sectors including transportation, real estate, construction, and power projects, as well as project financings.

She has advised First Metro Infrastructure Limited on the concession of the 37 km Lagos Red Line rail project (Agbado to Marina with 13 stations), the Lagos State Government on a proposed 71 km highway along the Lagos lagoon, and AFC on a USD 12 million convertible loan note to Kasi Cloud Limited for a data centre in Lagos. She also advised KK Kingdom Nigeria Limited on a 748.9 hectare Green Economic Zone in Kaduna State (including a 220MW solar-hybrid power plant), the sponsors of the Port Harcourt International Airport concession, and DPI solar Nigeria Ltd on restructuring mini-grid solar assets in Cross River State. Additional engagements include advising AFC on a USD 2 million facility for a gas-to-methanol plant in Qua Iboe, the Lagos State Government on the 38 km Fourth Mainland Bridge PPP, and the Lagos State Smart Health Information Platform PPP.

Glory holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
