Olabisi Ekundayo

Olabisi Ekundayo is an Associate in the firm’s Power and Infrastructure Practice Group, where she advises clients on project finance, public-private partnerships (PPPs), concessions, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Her practice spans the power, infrastructure, telecommunications, healthcare, and transportation sectors, providing strategic legal guidance for complex projects and transactions.

Olabisi supports government entities, private investors, financial institutions, and multinational corporations in regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, deal structuring, and transaction execution. She plays a key role in structuring complex projects, ensuring economic viability and sustainable outcomes for large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Notable engagements include advising the Lagos State Government on a 71 km highway development including bridges and road networks, supporting AFC on a US$12 million senior secured convertible loan note for data centre development, advising DPI Solar Nigeria Ltd Pte on mini-grid solar asset restructuring, and supporting Konexa on power supply agreements with Nigerian Breweries Plc. She also advised a development finance institution on a US$24.3 million facility for a Nigerian company.

Olabisi holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B from Ajayi Crowther University. She is the recipient of the Vice Chancellor’s Scholar Award for First Class and the Director General of the Nigerian Law School’s Prize for First Class. Olabisi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb).
