She was also part of the team advising on an USD 18 million Climate Fund partnership for a renewable energy power purchase agreement, and advised a syndicate of lenders on the financing of the 450 MW Azura IPP in Edo State. She further advised on ESG practices for a multinational oil and gas company, and on the acquisition of mini-grid assets, among other transactions.
