Nosike Raphael Omaliko

Nosike Raphael Omaliko is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and employment and labour law. He advises and represents local and international clients across a wide range of contentious matters, including labour disputes, company and commercial law, taxation, constitutional law, banking and securities law, intellectual property, and real property.

Nosike has successfully represented clients at both trial and appellate courts in Nigeria and has been involved in negotiating out‑of‑court settlements in high‑profile matters. He has advised a multinational telecommunications company on the recovery of US$1,050,059; successfully represented Sickle Cell Foundation Nigeria in the preparation and review of a multi‑million dollar Bone Marrow Transplant Memorandum of Understanding; and has acted for renowned Nigerian artists in copyright and broadcasting disputes. He also advises major container terminal operators on employment termination and terminal benefits claims, and provides legal advice on property‑related issues and title perfection.

Nosike holds an LL.B from Nnamdi Azikiwe University (2014), a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2015), and an LL.M from the University of Lagos (2021). He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

He has co‑authored articles on the validity of the Survey Law of Lagos State, committal proceedings in Nigeria, and COVID‑19 vaccination and workplace rights. He is Secretary of the Hope for Love and Justice Charity Group and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
