Obehi Irabor

Obehi Irabor is an Associate in the firm’s Tax Practice, where she advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters. Her practice focuses on tax compliance, international tax advisory, transfer pricing, tax planning, tax optimization structures, tax audit support, and cross-border tax planning.

Obehi provides strategic tax advisory services to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and federal and state government agencies. She assists clients in navigating complex tax regulations, developing efficient tax structures, managing compliance obligations, and addressing tax risks associated with business operations and transactions.

In addition to her tax practice, Obehi has gained experience working with the firm’s Finance and Capital Markets and Technology, Innovation, and Fintech practice groups. She has advised on corporate financing transactions, securities offerings, regulatory compliance matters, and technology-related legal issues, providing multidisciplinary support across a range of commercial sectors.

Obehi holds a B.L from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B from the University of Buckingham. Her combination of tax expertise and exposure to finance, capital markets, and fintech matters enables her to deliver commercially focused and practical legal solutions to clients operating in increasingly complex regulatory environments.
