Priscilla Ekene Okiwelu

Priscilla Ekene Okiwelu is an Associate with expertise in company secretarial and regulatory compliance, investment and asset management, and dispute resolution. She regularly represents clients in commercial disputes and debt recovery matters before the Magistrate Court, High Court of Lagos State, Federal High Court of Nigeria, and the Court of Appeal.

She has advised clients on the legality of placing a “Post No Debit” on a customer’s account without a court order, the propriety of tipping off and law enforcement directives to banks, and the enforceability of foreign judgments in Nigeria.

Priscilla holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigerian Branch (CIARB).
