Ebika Dora Onduku

Ebika Dora Onduku is a Supervising Senior Associate and heads a sub‑team in the firm’s Litigation/Arbitration Practice Group. She provides legal and tax advisory services across various sectors and is regularly involved in disputes relating to employment, oil and gas, tort, matrimonial proceedings, taxation, enforcement of constitutional rights, and general commercial law.

She has successfully defended a client in a ₦20 million fundamental rights action and a lawsuit on title to land, and was a lead member of the team that defended Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited in a multi‑billion naira oil spill claim. She also led the prosecution of a ₦1 billion defamation claim, defended a client in a ₦100 million trespass dispute, and currently represents Total E&P in an ongoing labour dispute and defends construction sector clients in a ₦2.5 billion negligence claim and a ₦54 million breach of contract claim. She also represents clients in debt recovery matters arising from contractual relations, banking transactions, and property disputes.

Ebika holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
