Gospel Ndudim Nwosu

Gospel Ndudim Nwosu is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation/Arbitration practice group. He advises and represents clients in litigation and arbitration disputes spanning labour and employment, taxation, real estate, and general corporate and commercial contracts.

He was part of the legal team that successfully represented a client in a Fundamental Rights Enforcement action, securing recognition that breach of personal data rights by a financial institution constitutes a breach of the Fundamental Right to Private and Family Life, resulting in an award of ₦15 million in damages. He successfully represented NetcoDietsmann Company Limited at the Industrial Arbitration Panel in a contentious trade union dispute, and was part of a team that defended clients against tax claims involving a potential liability exceeding ₦42 million. He has provided advisory services on construction contracts for Eat N' Go Limited outlets in Port‑Harcourt, advised on the provision of Internal Lifting Tools for Total E&P’s Ikike Oil Field Development project, and advised on an Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning project for a community electrification initiative valued at over US$1.4 million.

Gospel holds an LL.B from Benson Idahosa University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
