He has represented prominent clients including The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, Chevron Nigeria Limited, Nigeria LNG Limited, TotalEnergies E&P Nigeria Limited, Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited, Access Bank Plc, Heritage Bank Plc, and Huawei Technology Company Nigeria Limited. He has successfully prosecuted suits declaring illegal over ₦1.4 billion in demand notices issued by the Rivers State Ministry of Commerce & Trade against telecommunications infrastructure providers, defended claims exceeding ₦2 billion in EPC contract arbitration, defended a circa $100 million breach of contract arbitration, and defended major oil companies and banks at trial and appellate levels. He also led the team that secured a multi‑million naira judgment against a sitting Senator for breach of fundamental rights.

Esosa holds an LL.B from the University of Benin and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.
