Oma

Oma is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, where she represents clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters. With substantial courtroom experience, she regularly appears before both trial and appellate courts, handling contentious and non-contentious disputes on behalf of individuals and businesses.

In addition to her litigation practice, Oma plays an important role in the firm’s Regulatory Compliance team. She advises clients on corporate compliance requirements, including company registrations, annual statutory filings, and regulatory approvals. Her experience also covers compliance matters involving DPR permits, NSITF, ITF, BPP regulations, and other legal and regulatory obligations affecting businesses operating in Nigeria.

Oma is known for her practical approach to dispute resolution and regulatory compliance, helping clients navigate legal challenges while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and industry requirements.
