Temilola Adetona

Temilola Adetona is an Associate at Olaniwun Ajayi LP and a member of the firm’s Power & Infrastructure, Mining & Metals, and ESG practice groups. She advises local and international clients, lenders, and borrowers on complex project development, project finance, and infrastructure transactions across Nigeria and other African jurisdictions.

Her practice focuses on infrastructure development, power projects, mining and metals, project finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Temilola has advised on significant transactions involving power generation facilities, renewable energy projects, transportation infrastructure, airport concessions, data centre financing, and large-scale mining developments.

Notable engagements include advising on the financing and development of the 450MW Azura Independent Power Project, the proposed Fourth Mainland Bridge Project in Lagos, major infrastructure financing transactions for the BUA Group, airport concession projects, and the development and financing of a large-scale commercial mining project in Sierra Leone.

Temilola holds a LL.B from Lagos State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and has contributed thought leadership on electricity market regulation, infrastructure investment, and energy sector reforms.
