Tosin Larayetan is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice, where she assists clients in navigating complex disputes involving commercial, contractual, corporate, and regulatory matters. She is committed to delivering practical, solution-oriented legal advice and support across a broad range of contentious matters.

Drawing on a strong academic foundation, Tosin contributes to dispute resolution engagements requiring detailed legal analysis, research, and strategic problem-solving. She also maintains professional interests in Media and Entertainment Law, complementing her broader focus on dispute resolution and regulatory advisory work.

Tosin graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Port Harcourt and subsequently earned First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School, Kano Campus. Her academic achievements include receiving the Director-General’s Prize for Attaining First Class in the November 2024 Bar Finals Examination and recognition as the Second Best Graduating Student of the University of Port Harcourt.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and the International Law Association (Nigerian Branch). Her combination of academic excellence, analytical ability, and commitment to professional development positions her as a promising practitioner in the field of dispute resolution.
